Pip does not collect your data. There is no account, no server, and no analytics. Everything Pip knows about you stays on your iPhone.

What Pip stores on your device

The name you give her, her petals, streak, seeds, and growth stage
Which apps you chose for her to shield, and their order
Your daily intention note and shield schedule
Your chosen theme and accessory

This is saved locally on your device (in an app group container shared with Pip's own extensions and widget) and is deleted when you delete the app. It is never uploaded anywhere.

Screen Time data

Pip uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks (Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity) to shield the apps you select and to show you your own usage.

You choose the apps yourself in Apple's system picker. Pip never sees a list of the apps installed on your phone.
Apple gives Pip only opaque tokens — not app names or identifiers.
Your usage figures are rendered inside Apple's sandboxed report extension. That data never enters Pip's own process and is never transmitted, stored, or shared.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, Pip's reminders are scheduled locally on your device. There is no push server and no message ever leaves your phone.

Purchases

Pip+ subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Pip receives only whether a valid subscription is active. Pip never sees, handles, or stores your payment details.

Sharing

The Bloom Report card is created on your device. It is shared only if you choose to share it, to whichever app you pick, through Apple's standard share sheet.

Third parties

Pip contains no advertising, no tracking SDKs, and no third-party analytics. No data is sold or shared with anyone.

Children

Pip is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.

Your control

Deleting the app removes all of Pip's data from your device. You can revoke Screen Time access at any time in iOS Settings, and manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
